Jesus R. Perez, Esq.
Partner
Jesus R. Perez has been practicing family law since 2011, graduating from Florida Coastal School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Jesus received his bachelor's degree in Professional Management from Nova Southeastern University in 2004.
While in law school, Jesus participated in the clinical programs alongside Jacksonville Legal Aid and won Best Oral Argument for his section.
Following his admission to the Florida Bar, Jesus immediately began practicing family law and has since handled hundreds of cases of divorce, paternity, child support and domestic violence in Miami-Dade and Broward County from initiation through trial.
Jesus is an aggressive and experienced divorce and family law litigator who provides high quality, highly effective legal representation to his clients. His dedication to client needs and his knowledge and expertise in dealing with the family court system helps you to get the best possible results in your case.

Samantha A. Egger, Esq.

Samantha A. Egger has been exclusively practicing family law since she passed the Florida Bar exam in 2011. Samantha Egger obtained her Juris Doctor from Florida International University School of Law in 2011 where she received the C.A.L.I. Excellence for the Future Award in Family Law. Prior to attending law school, Samantha obtained her bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, graduating Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida in 2008.
Throughout law school Samantha interned at the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Family Division Case Management Unit and clerked at a high-end boutique family law firm specializing in complex divorce litigation.
Prior to starting Perez Egger with Jesus, Samantha worked as an associate in a boutique family law firm where she handled heavy case loads of her own, and assisted the partner as second chair at trials. While working as an associate, Samantha was trained in Collaborative Family Law with her mentor being one of the founding members of the Collaborative Family Law Institute.
Samantha truly believes that it is in every client's best interest to resolve matters amicably prior to engaging in litigation. She understands that every client's case is unique and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to family law cases. Her attention to detail and meticulous nature, allow her to become immersed in all aspects of her client's case becoming a strong advocate for their individual needs.
